Today I grilled for my first time on our new grill. I’m a novice, but today I think I did a great job.
The setup was a fire with some sticks and charcoal to the side. I worked at getting the temps up and charcoal warm.
Along with grilling; I respect the tradition of dad-ing by sitting outside, calm, quite, and collected. A perfect moment to sip and enjoy what’s now.
The great part of finishing is seeing a well made meal ahead. This was very satisfying.
